 Please join us for information about the bargaining process and about the District’s budget. We will share information and invite live participation from our audience. We plan to address important questions about the budget, such as:

• How does this District balance our commitment to competitive salaries with our responsibility to long-term financial stability?

• What are the positive impacts of a 12% offer, and what are next steps in negotiations?

• What are the barriers to reaching the teachers’ desired 14% pay increase?
